Runway Intelligence
One page per physical runway at 41 U.S. airports (141 runways, rollout wave 2). Each page shows which runway the tower is using right now — read from the tower's own TFDM surface system through FAA SWIM at 32 airports, from the D-ATIS broadcast at 7 more — the live headwind and crosswind on each end, a 12-hour runway prediction from the TAF, how often each end has been used, a 20-year crosswind climatology, runway visual range where the airport reports it, closures the tower or ATIS states, and the instrument approaches to each end. How the numbers are made.

What “active” means here
Five words are never mixed on these pages: active is a runway the tower or its D-ATIS states is in use; favored is the end with more headwind right now (arithmetic); predicted is the ATIS Alerts estimate from the TAF; recorded usecounts hours the facility stated a runway; and the wind-favored history at airports without a stated source is labelled as wind-inferred. Nothing here is an ATC assignment or a clearance, and SWIM content is used under the FAA's non-operational terms — ATIS Alerts is not an FAA product.
