The service

ATIS Alerts provides aviation weather information on atisalerts.com and configurable notifications through the ATIS Alerts Telegram bot. Data comes from official and public sources (documented on the About page) and from calculations we derive from it. By using the site or bot you agree to these terms.

Safety — read this one

ATIS Alerts is not for operational use and is not a substitute for an official preflight briefing. Weather data, ATIS text, FAA delay information, and TFR information may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; alerts may arrive late or not at all. Never use this service as the basis for a go/no-go decision or any in-flight decision. Always verify with official FAA-approved sources. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Better Travelers, LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the service, and the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Free and Premium

The core service is free. Premium unlocks additional features and is billed through Telegram using Telegram Stars for 30-day periods, as described on the pricing page. Billing is handled by Telegram — we never receive your payment card details. Premium does not auto-renew outside Telegram's own mechanics; to stop using Premium, simply let the period lapse or send /stop to the bot. If something went wrong with a purchase (double charge, feature not delivered), email support@atisalerts.com within 14 days and we will make it right, including refunds via Telegram where warranted.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at abusive rates, resell the data as your own, misrepresent the service as an official FAA product, or use it to harass others. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

Community submissions (Pilot PIREPs)

Parts of the site accept community-submitted content, such as Pilot PIREPs — airport notes from pilots. By submitting, you confirm the content is yours and accurate to your knowledge, and you grant ATIS Alerts a perpetual, royalty-free license to display, edit, moderate, and remove it. Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or removed at our sole discretion. Don't submit personal information, advertising, links, or anything presented as official aviation data — community notes are situational awareness only, never official FAA PIREPs, NOTAMs, or briefings.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features at any time; material changes to these terms get a new effective date above. You can stop using the service at any time (/stop in the bot deletes your alert configuration).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: Contact.
