Returns and refunds

Every shirt, mug, tumbler and print is made to order with your airport's runways, so we can't take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, email support@atisalerts.comwithin 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If tracking stalls or it never shows up, write to us and we'll track it down or reship it.

Wrong address

If a package comes back because the address was entered wrong, we'll reship it once you cover the new shipping.

Cancellations

Email us right away. We can cancel for a full refund until your order goes into production.
