Where prices come from. 100LL and Jet A prices at KCCR are read from public FBO fuel listings on a schedule (about once a week per airport, from our own systems, never on page load) and from pilot reports reviewed by ATIS Alerts. FBOs can also update their own listing once it is claimed.

What “updated” means. The date shown with a price is the date the FBO last updated its posting, not the day we read it. A “guaranteed price, checked” line is a posting the FBO commits to keep current, dated by our last check. Prices are labelled Current (0–7 days), Recent (8–14), Aging (15–30) or Stale (31+); a stale price is shown as “last reported” and never ranked as current.

Which price is shown. Every posting is kept; nothing is overwritten. When more than one source reports the same FBO, fuel and service, the displayed price is the newest from the most trusted source: FBO verified, then receipt verified, then the public listing, then pilot reported. A fresh pilot report only replaces a listing price that is more than two weeks old.

Pilot reports and Fuel PIREPs.Everything a pilot submits is held for review before it appears, and is labelled “Pilot reported” when it does. Pilot Fuel PIREPs are community-submitted notes about fuel, FBO service and fees; they are not official FAA pilot weather reports.

Fees.Fee lines carry their source: FBO listing (the FBO’s own published statement), Pilot reported (a reviewed pilot report, with the aircraft and date), Receipt verified or FBO verified. Fees vary by aircraft, so lines are shown per aircraft class; a fee the FBO states without qualification is shown for all aircraft. Where the FBO states nothing, the page says so rather than guessing.
